Peter Nimble is a book about a boy who is blind and is a crook. He can smell people. He gets into a lot of trouble.
He finds out that he is Prince NoName.
He kills his uncle and become the King.
He gets golden eyes. I think Peter Nimble is the best Book for People who like Action adventure and drama.
When Peter Goes to Action he never loses.

Though I didn’t end up finishing the book, what i did read was very good. From the creative plot to the advanced language it was an enjoyable read. The basic plot is that there is a boy named Peter Nimble, who was born in an unknown location. He was sent away by his parents at birth and was sent to sea. he finally was found floating in a basket with a bird on his head … who had PECKED HIS EYES OUT OF HIS SKULL!!!! The sailors who found him gave him a name, (which was Peter Nimble) and dropped him off in the nearest town. Being blind, Peter began to advance in other senses. He became a thief and was later “adopted” by a man who kept him as a sort of slave and made him steal food, riches, and money. On one certain trip he met a man who he then stole a bag from. The bag had “eggs'’ with eyes instead of yolks. And that’s as far as I got.

Well, well! Jonathan Auxier really did a fantastic job on writing this book! This book really was fantastic! I think that the part when Peter was battling his Uncle to save the kids from being assassinated by their parents was a very gorey chapter. This is because Peter sticks his hand into the gear armour of his Uncle which contains a brass thimble. The thimble held all the armour together. Peter’s hand gets reduced to bone because of all the spinning blades protecting the brass thimble. Peter eventually destroys the brass thimble but at the cost of his hand. This would be a good book for people who like cheesy, well written, fantasy books. Good job, Jonathan Auxier. Good job.

I loved this book! This book shows how blind people have more advantages than the normal person. Peter Nimble stole three pairs of eyes from a mysterious haberdasher. They were intended to be stolen so Peter could heir the throne that was rightfully his. The eyes were emerald, onyx, and gold. The gold eyes were used first and they transported him to professor Cake’s island where he found his trusty sidekick, Sir Tode, an unlucky mix of a cat and a horse. He uses the onyx eyes next, and it transforms him into a beetle, then a bird, then finally, a sea serpent. The emerald eyes were used at the end of the book. It hurts him, then he can see! Overall I loved this book. Great job, Jonathan Auxier, great job
